Cindol 4699
This popular vanishing oil provides optimum lubricity for high speed press formation. It has a flash point (PMCC) = 105ºF / 41ºC. The small amount of additives in Cindol 4699 effectively reduces metal pickup and galling, allows faster press operation and promotes cooler dies and longer die life. The solvent carrier vanishes rapidly and leaves minimum residue on formed parts. This residue is compatible with many paint bases, and parts can be welding and assembly without an additional cleaning step. Cindol 4699 is applied by roller coat, swab, flood, or drip. (Product should not be spray applied.)
Dasco Vanishing Oil 678
This medium duty lubricant has It has a flash point (COC) = 120ºF / 49ºC and was engineered for applications where no oil film is permissible. Dasco Vanishing Oil 678 evaporates, leaving no film to delay further processing. It can be applied by spraying, dipping, brushing, or roller coating.
Cindol 4611
This vanishing oil is used for light stamping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its flash point (PMCC) = 125ºF / 52ºC. 4611’s odorless carrier solvent readily evaporates, leaving minimal residue, so no cleaning is needed after stamping. It is an excellent lubricant for copper, brass, bronze, aluminum and mild steels. Its unique ND additive significantly reduces metal pickup and galling.
Vanishing Oil 2492-75-01
This vanishing oil provides lubricity for high speed press formation and has a flash point (PMCC) = 125ºF / 52ºC. its additive package reduces metal pickup and galling, which allows faster press operation cooler dies and longer die life. Vanishing Oil 2492-75-01 can be applied by roller coat, swab, flood, or drip (but not spray.)
Vanishing Compound 40
This lubricant contains EP additives and has a flash point (PMCC) = 140ºF / 60ºC. This medium duty lubricant was designed for applications where no oil film is allowable. It evaporates slowly, leaving a microscopically thin oil film with excellent lubricity. Parts requiring complete removal of residual film must be cleaned using an aqueous or solvent cleaner. Compound 40 can be applied by spraying, dipping, brushing, or roller coating.
Cindol 4612
This vanishing oil is ideal for light duty stamping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It has a more robust additive package, and a flash point (COC) = 210ºF / 99ºC. Cindol 4612 has an odorless carrier solvent that evaporates quickly, leaving minimal residue, with no cleaning step required. Cindol 4612 prevents copper corrosion, and is an excellent lubricant for copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, and mild steels. Its unique ND additive dramatically reduces metal pickup and galling.
