Our mission is to offer customers value by providing them with lubricant products and manufacturing fluid programs customized to their individual needs, and to support each product with expert analysis, exceptional technical support, and the industry's best strategies for reducing downtime, lowering operating costs, and optimizing preventive maintenance. We are personally committed to providing our customers with the greatest value in lubricants and manufacturing fluids for every application.

We do this by performing to our core competencies. Foremost among these is providing solutions for lubrication and metalworking applications -- not just products, but true solutions that take into account the specific equipment in use, the operating environment, environmental requirements, cost, and other factors. Second, we recognize that innovation is the source from which our business will derive its future growth. Our customers are often beset with operational problems that are solved more by thoughtful innovation than by product alone. Situations like these are where we excel, and we apply the same innovative thinking to our internal operations. Finally, we pride ourselves in being adaptive to changing business conditions and responding to changes promptly and appropriately. We are aware that business history is littered by the ghosts of good companies that would not (or could not) adapt to changing business environments in time to save themselves and ensure the future of their enterprise. We will not be such a company.

Most of the products we offer are derived from raw materials that have a limited supply . For this reason, we conduct our business with a careful eye toward sustainability. Internally, every Acculube process and activity is guided by "green thinking" that considers all the options, and favors choices that minimize impact and maximize recyclability. We actively work with customers and our supply chain partners to ensure that they are working toward their own benchmarks for sustainability performance.
