Inventory
Acculube Field Services and Testing Team will manage your fluids inventory so that there is always adequate supply and you pay only for the product you use.
Lubricant Sampling
An Acculube Field Services Team member will obtain and test oil samples from production machines to ensure they are functioning at peak efficiency and accuracy. On-site tests we perform include viscosity, particle counting, elemental analysis, FTIR and others as required.
Metalworking Fluid Testing and Condition Monitoring
The Acculube Field Services Team will test your metalworking fluid systems on a scheduled basis to confirm they are within target parameters and contamination-free. Any corrective actions they recommend are focused on maximizing your tool life, protecting valuable equipment, and optimizing the service life of your metalworking fluids. |
