Mobil Pegasus 605 from Acculube also exhibits excellent deposit control, and prevents siloxane deposits and liner lacquering in biofuel and landfill gas applications with high silicon content. The prevention of these deposits is key to controlling lube oil consumption. Pegasus 605 oil can be used to lubricate reciprocating compressors in landfill, mine, coal seam, digester/fermenter, sewage and other biomass gas applications that operate in a wide range of municipal, industrial, cooperative and farm applications (i.e. electric power generation, boiler heating, cogeneration/combined heat and power, etc.)
