Castrol Neat Oils for Broaching, Grinding, Honing; Heavy Duty, MQL and EDM Fluids

• Castrol Variocut B 27 is a straight cutting oil suitable for gear hobbing, gear shaping, thread milling, and broaching. Polar lubricants provide anti-weld, extreme pressure resistance; extreme pressure additives reduce chip welding and provide greater metal removal.

• Variocut B 46 TC is a chlorine and heavy-metal free neat oil for high performance broaching and gear cutting of ferrous metals. Advanced additive technology gives high extreme pressure (EP) lubricity properties and extends tool life.

• Castrol Carecut ES 2 is a premium, ester-based high performance multi-metal oil  that's ideal for low carbon, free machining steels, and aluminum alloys.

• Castrol Ilogrind 600 is a chlorine-free high performance oil for use in grinding operations where wheel life and surface finish are critical. It performs well for high speed surface, creep-feed, and form grinding and provides excellent grind ratios in CBN applications.

• Ilogrind 950 was engineered for CBN, high speed, and creep feed grinding, and general machining of multi-metals. It has excellent wetting, lubrication and cooling properties, and is both low foaming and low misting.

• Ilogrind FGO 100 was designed for flute nd thread grinding of tool steels. It is compatible with sensitive oxide protective coatings, has excellent filterability and foam control, and is non-staining. Ideal for steels over RC55.

• Variocut G 600 HC NA is a chlorine and heavy metal-free oil based on advanced Extreme High Viscosity Index (EHVI) hydrocracked base oils.  It is ideal for high-speed, creep feed grinding, especially gear grinding of ferrous and yellow metals with CBN and carborundum wheels.

• Variocut G 650 HC was engineered for CBN, high speed, and creep feed grinding plus general machining of ferrous metals. Ideal for low carbon and free machining steels.

• Castrol Honilo 710 is a chlorine-free neat oil for honing and superfinishing cast iron, steel, and aluminum; ideal for general nonferrous alloy machining. Low odor, low VOCs, high filterability  for long life. Ford, GM, Toyota approved.

• Honilo 980 is a chlorine-free honing oil with excellent flushing, filterability and surface finish properties. 

• Honilo 981 is a honing oil for applications where critical superfinishing and dimensional accuracy are required. Low viscosity, sulfur and chlorine-free; strong bioresistance.

• Castrol Moly Dee CF is a heavy duty, chlorine-free oil for threading and tapping.  Ideal for cast iron, low carbon and free machining steels, alloy steels, stainless, nodular iron, titanium alloys, nickel (Inconel, Rene, Hastalloy and Waspalloy).

• Castrol Hyspray E 2000 is neat oil for MQL and mist oil applications. Ideal for low carbon and free machining steels and aluminum alloys.

• Hyspray A 1536 is a premium chlorine and heavy metal free spray mist neat cutting fluid for sawing, turning, drilling, milling and threading operations on aluminium, ferrous, non-ferrous and steel alloys.
