Castrol Corrosion Inhibitors:

• Castrol Rustilo 4135 HF is a solvent-dispersed, low VOC  corrosion preventive that displaces freestanding water and alkaline cleaners with a protective film for medium term protection of ferrous and nonferrous parts.

• Rustilo DW 4130 is a soft film, solvent deposited corrosion preventive and dewatering fluid for long-term indoor protection.

• Rustilo DWX 30 is a medium-term, fast dewatering and demulsifying corrosion inhibitor.

• Castrol Safecoat DW 30 is a high quality, solvent deposited corrosion preventive.
  It rapidly removes water from components after electroplating, machining, or
  washing. Thin residual film provides low odor, low VOCs, long-term protection
  from corrosion; also used as a lubricant for mild press working.

• Safecoat DW 33 offers long-term, solvent-based corrosion protection with heavy greasy residue.

• Rustilo 630 is a low viscosity short-term corrosion inhibitor for ferrous bar, rod, and strip. Also suitable as a flushing oil for engines and machinery. Immersion, brush or spray application.

• Rustilo 4163 is a medium to long-term dry film corrosion inhibitor.

• SafeCoat 66 is an oil-type protective with a vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI) that simultaneously cleans and protects ball and roller bearings. Also suitable for protecting delicate parts that are incompatible with greasy films.

• Safecoat DW 90 corrosion preventative is oil-dispersed, water-displacing. Odor-free, low VOC; ideal for long-term indoor humidity protection. High flash point; dip or spray. Additives prevent fingerprinting.

• Castrol Aquasafe 614 produces a wax emulsion for dry-film lubrication and corrosion inhibition.

• Aquasafe 616 and Aquasafe 639 are water-based wax emulsions for dry film lubrication and corrosion inhibition.

• Rustilo  4175 is a synthetic, aqueous corrosion inhibitor.

• Rustilo 4175 is an in-process aqueous corrosion preventative that produces a synthetic dry film to protect parts for storage without fire hazard. Nitrite and heavy metal-free, short drying. Usable as a rinse, corrosion preventative, cleaner in washer systems. Cummins, Ford, GM approved. 

• Rustilo Aqua 44 is a barium-free soluble oil, rust preventive.
