Accurate ISO Series PAG Oil lubricants provide superior performance for gears, bearings and compressors in terms of equipment protection and service life. These fully synthetic lubricants are highly lubricious, with a naturally high viscosity index and excellent thermal and oxidation stability.
Accurate PAG oil lubricants provide robust wear protection for equipment components, prevent micro pitting, and guard against corrosion and rusting. They offer superior heat transfer properties, are shear stable, and minimize foaming. Low pour points ensure fluidity at low temperatures.
Accurate ISO grades include 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, and 680. All are NSF H1 registered, and comply with US FDA Title 21 CFR 178.3570 for lubricants with incidental food contact.

Accurate Synthetic Gear Oil 460 is a high performing industrial gear oil that provides exceptional equipment performance in severe service environments. Based on Accurate’s PAO technology, it has a naturally high viscosity index, low traction coefficient, and excellent fluidity at low temperatures. Its robust additive package resists oxidation, and provides reliable protection against scuffing and micro pitting.
Accurate Synthetic Gear Oil 22000, 46000 and 82000 are superior ultra-high viscosity lubricants for heavy load, lower speed gears. These synthetic gear oils have extraordinary low-temperature fluidity, despite their high viscosity, and are pumpable across long distances using conventional equipment. They have outstanding thermal and oxidation characteristics, and deliver reliable performance in extreme temperature environments, even with slow moving gear systems. Accurate Synthetic EP “Extreme Pressure” Gear Oil 150, 220, 320, 680 and 3200 provide exceptional long-term protection for bearings and gears, even in extreme service conditions. Accurate EP gear oils combine exceptional thermal and oxidation properties with low temperature fluidity and superb corrosion and rust protection. They have a naturally high viscosity index and are effective in preventing deposit formation.
These gear oils are compatible with ferrous as well as nonferrous metals, mineral-type gear oils, and elastomer seal materials - even at high temperatures. They are particularly well suited for applications that are prone to corrosion and micropitting.
